Rate: $1,200–$1,300/month

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a social content creator who understands how content performs in modern social environments and enjoys creating high-volume, platform-native work. This person should feel comfortable editing short-form videos, building simple but polished graphics, and helping creative teams move quickly without sacrificing quality.


The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and capable of taking direction while also bringing ideas to the table. You don’t need to be a full-scale brand designer — but you should have a strong eye for social content, pacing, motion, and visual consistency.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Edit short-form social content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Create motion graphics, text overlays, captions, and lightweight animations for social posts
  • Repurpose existing footage and content libraries into new social assets
  • Reformat videos to meet platform aspect requirements
  • Support multiple client accounts with recurring monthly content needs
  • Collaborate with creative leads, account managers, and community managers on content execution
  • Translate creative briefs and trend references into platform-native content
  • Build simple branded graphics and Canva-based social assets
  • Help establish more cohesive visual systems and templates across client accounts
  • Organize and deliver content efficiently within fast-moving production timelines
  • Contribute to a high-volume creative workflow focused on consistency and execution


YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience editing short-form social content for brands or agencies
  • Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools
  • A solid understanding of social platform trends and requirements, pacing, hooks, and engagement patterns
  • Comfort working from existing brand guidelines while improving overall visual consistency
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and recurring deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to collaborate in Slack
  • A collaborative, low-ego working style with openness to feedback
  • Attention to detail and an instinct for clean, polished content execution


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working inside a social media agency
  • Basic graphic design or typography skills
  • Familiarity with motion design systems or branded template creation
  • Experience creating content for lifestyle, sports, entertainment, or consumer brands
  • Comfort appearing on camera or creating UGC-style content
