WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst who enjoys working with data, analyzing trends, and supporting strategic pricing decisions in a high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with operational reliability and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

The right person can communicate pricing recommendations clearly, collaborate cross-functionally, and build trust through thoughtful, data-backed analysis.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Use internal PCPS tools to price IT hardware lists for management review
• Analyze complex pricing scenarios, product margins, market trends, and competitive positioning to support pricing decisions
• Conduct competitive pricing analysis to help maintain strong market positioning
• Coordinate pricing updates and initiatives alongside the Supply Management team
• Monitor pricing accuracy on a weekly basis and identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities
• Maintain reporting that supports purchasing, forecasting, and sales decision-making
• Support wholesale operations through pricing analysis and operational reporting
• Prospect and evaluate potential new suppliers
• Provide clear, data-supported pricing recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Manage multiple pricing-related initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

• 2–3+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, forecasting, or sales research
• Experience pricing products or services in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data and develop practical recommendations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• A proactive, dependable, and collaborative working style

NICE TO HAVE

• SQL experience
• Experience working with IT hardware or technology products
• Familiarity with supplier sourcing or wholesale operations
• Exposure to cost management or activity-based analysis
• Experience supporting pricing decisions in a distribution or supply chain environment
